It’s like grinding teeth in your sleep.

But then.

Boom. You see it.

Opportunity time.

If problems are walls, questions are power drills.

Here are some questions to reach new breakthroughs:

What’s one problem you’ve been struggling with lately?

Is it something you have any control over?

If not, can you give yourself permission to let it go for now?

Good.

That’s that done.

Let’s move on.

Think of another challenge that’s been bothering you. Something that might be in your control to fix.

Ok, got it?

Now ask yourself:

What are three or more ways this challenge is actually a good thing for me?

You heard right.

Get those ideas down. Don’t just smirk.

Write them down.

Now you’re being creative.
