40 years on this planet as a man has been one hell of a ride.
I am grateful for my wins, my successes and my highs.
But I am far more appreciative of my deepest lows, my bruises, and my cutting wounds.
The pain has been the greatest teacher I could ask for.
There are many lessons I could pass on here, but there is only so much I can share.
So I have filtered it down to 13…
1. He has embraced the darkest parts of himself.
Every man suffers to the degree that he denies his darkest desires, secrets and beliefs.
An integrated man has made peace with who he is — light and dark.
He permits himself no longer to sway to the trance-inducing pleas of the brainwashed, politically-correct masses.
He owns every part of himself. He has stopped apologising.
This is what it means to be a vibrant, driven, and energised man.
2. Assumed his position as a fearless leader of men.
All men, regardless of their lot in life, have the capacity within them to lead and inspire another man.
