Knowing this simple thing pointed me to my deepest passion
Growing up, I had a powerful fear.
I was terrified of what other people thought of me.
I hated the idea of being judged.
More specifically, my worst fear was being considered boring.
The irony was, because I feared criticism, I often closed up.
I’d turn into a robot.
The very thing I feared people would judge me for.
Looking back over this period, I picked up a valuable lesson.
It’s something I now use to help transform my clients.
Consider for a moment the thing for which you most fear being criticised.
What is that thing?
What’s the one thing you’d be devastated to hear people say about you behind your back?
We all have that thing.
Got it?
That’s power, because it shows what you care deeply for.
For me, it’s my drive to be human; to connect, and to resonate with people. This is what I help others do through my writing and coaching.
