I used to go red with anger when someone challenged my opinion. I’d dive straight into arguing back without thought.

It just left me with huge cracks in my relationships.

Today, I shrug and smile and more gravitate towards me.

The way I relate to others has changed dramatically in all areas of my life.

Knowing how to navigate relationships with harmony is critical because our interactions with other humans play a big part in our well-being.

What happened in my approach?

My perspective changed.

I gained a new understanding.

Learning about things like Eastern Philosophy. Stoicism, and — primarily — Three Principles philosophy.

Three Principles, developed by Syd Banks in the 70s, emphasised the power of thoughts in creating our realities.

Three Principles describes our reality as composed of three elements:

Mind, Consciousness and Thought.

When we understand thought’s critical role in this process, we can experience life with far greater compassion, creativity and energy.
